MLB Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim lawsuit over name against the City of Anaheim

The City of Anaheim sued and lost. Anaheim, however, doesn't have to pay Arte Moreno's legal fees (an estimated $7 million). I love my Angels of Anaheim, but at the games I go to I always wave a sign that says, "Anaheim is not LA!"
Arte Moreno said that if the case proceeded to appellate court, he would consider moving the team.
Are you kidding me? All he's doing is alienating the Angels fans, and ticking off Los Angeles Dodgers fans because they think the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim (Angels of Anaheim, minus the LA part, if you ask me) are trying to be more like them by adding Los Angeles to the name.
Besides, can he do that? The lease on the stadium and the requirement of the name of Anaheim to be somewhere in the name of the team doesn't expire until 2016.
The Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim will likely appeal the ruling that the City of Anaheim does not have to pay their legal costs within the required 60 days.
It's not over yet.
I just hope that Arte gets sick of all of this, decides to sell the team, and a local Orange County group buys the team and renames them the Anaheim Angels, again.
One can hope.
