M.L. Johnson (Michael Lamar Johnson) was born on January 24, 1964 in New York, New York. After going to high school at Thomas Jefferson (Los Angeles, CA), Johnson attended the University of Hawaii. Johnson made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Seattle Seahawks. He played for the Seattle Seahawks for his entire 3 year career.

Most people believe that 1989 was M.L. Johnson's best year.
