Lynwood Alford (Lynwood A. Alford) was born on August 22, 1963. After going to high school at Aliquippa (PA), Alford attended Coffeyville CC and Syracuse University. Alford made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the New York Jets. He played for the New York Jets for his entire 1 year career.
