Lynn Cain (Lynn Dwight Cain) was born on October 16, 1955 in Los Angeles, California. After going to high school at Roosevelt (Los Angeles, CA), Cain attended East Los Angeles JC and the University of Southern California. Cain made his professional debut in the NFL in 1979 with the Atlanta Falcons. He played for the Atlanta Falcons and Los Angeles Rams over the course of his 7 year career.
Most people believe that 1980 was Lynn Cain's best year, as he ran for 914 yards and ran in 8 TDs.
