Lynn Bomar (Robert Lynn Bomar) was born on January 21, 1901 in Gallatin, Texas. After going to high school at Fitzgerald Clarke (Tullahoma, TN), Bomar attended Vanderbilt Universtiy. Bomar made his professional debut in the NFL in 1925 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants for his entire 2 year career.
