Lyneal Alston (Lyneal Alston) was born on July 23, 1964 in Mobile, Alabama. After going to high school at Theodore (AL), Alston attended the University of Southern Mississippi. Alston made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Pittsburgh Steelers for his entire 1 year career.
