Lyle Alzado (Lyle Martin Alzado) was born on April 3, 1949 in Brooklyn, New York. After going to high school at Lawrence (Cedarhurst, NY), Alzado attended Yankton College. Alzado made his professional debut in the NFL in 1971 with the Denver Broncos. He played for the Denver Broncos, Los Angeles Raiders and Cleveland Browns over the course of his 15 year career.
Most people believe that 1982 was Lyle Alzado's best year, as he recorded 7 sacks.
