Born on October 20, 1963 in Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional (Dominican Republic), Luis Encarnacion (Luis Martin Lora Encarnacion) played for the Kansas City Royals for his entire 1 year career. Encarnacion broke into the bigs on July 27, 1990 with the Kansas City Royals.
