Loyd Christopher (Loyd Eugene Christopher) was born on December 31, 1919 in Richmond, California. He made his Major League debut on April 20, 1945 for the Chicago Cubs. Christopher played for the Chicago Cubs, Boston Red Sox and Chicago White Sox over the course of his 2 year career.
