Lowell Palmer

Born on August 18, 1947 in Sacramento, California, Lowell Palmer (Lowell Raymond Palmer) played for the Philadelphia Phillies, St. Louis Cardinals, Cleveland Indians and San Diego Padres over the course of his 5 year career. Palmer broke into the bigs on June 21, 1969 with the Philadelphia Phillies, and put up a 5.20 ERA in 90 innings pitched in 1969, his rookie year.
