Lowe Wren (Lowe Wren) was born on December 10, 1929 in Kansas City, Missouri. After going to high school at Central (Kansas City, MO), Wren attended the University of Missouri. Wren made his professional debut in the NFL in 1956 with the Cleveland Browns. He played in the NFL for 5 years, playing for the Cleveland Browns and Pittsburgh Steelers over the course of his 5 year NFL career.Wren also played in the AFL for 1 year, playing for the New York Titans the entire time.

Most people believe that 1959 was Lowe Wren's best year, as he picked off 5 passes and ran back a fumble for a touchdown.
