Louisville Wastes No Time, Hires Kragthorpe

The dust had barely settled from the Bobby Petrino quick exit to the Atlanta Falcons and Louisville already has his replacement. ESPN.com is reporting that the Cardinals have come to agreement with Tulsa’s coach Steve Kragthorpe on a 5 year deal that will pay around $1.1 million a year. Kragthorpe was 29-22 in four years at Tulsa and led the team to 3 bowl games in his 4 years, winning one of them. His first goal as the new Cardinal coach…convince Brian Brohm to stay.
