Louis Williams (Louis Randall Williams) was born on April 11, 1979 in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. After going to high school at Choctawhatchee (FL), Williams attended Louisiana State University. Williams made his professional debut in the NFL in 2002 with the Carolina Panthers. He played for the Carolina Panthers for his entire 1 year career.
