Louis Oubre (Louis Byron Oubre) was born on May 15, 1958 in New Orleans, Louisiana. After going to high school at St. Augustine (New Orleans, LA), Oubre attended the University of Oklahoma. Oubre made his professional debut in the NFL in 1982 with the New Orleans Saints. He played for the New Orleans Saints and Miami Dolphins over the course of his 4 year career.
