Louis Neal (Louis Charles Neal) was born on January 10, 1951 in San Francisco, California. After going to high school at Woodrow Wilson (San Francisco, CA), Neal attended Prairie View A&M University. Neal made his professional debut in the NFL in 1973 with the Atlanta Falcons. He played for the Atlanta Falcons for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1973 was Louis Neal's best year.
