Louis Jackson (Louis Bernard Jackson) was born on January 27, 1958 in Fresno, California. After going to high school at Roosevelt (Fresno, CA), Jackson attended California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo. Jackson made his professional debut in the NFL in 1981 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants for his entire 1 year career.
