Louis Bullard (Louis Eugene Bullard) was born on May 6, 1956 in Herando, Mississippi. After going to high school at Horn Lake (MS), Bullard attended Jackson State University. Bullard made his professional debut in the NFL in 1978 with the Seattle Seahawks. He played for the Seattle Seahawks for his entire 3 year career.
