Lou Tsoutouvas (Louis Samuel Tsoutsouvas) was born on July 4, 1915 in Fresno, California. After going to high school at Santa Barbara (CA), Tsoutouvas attended Stanford University. Tsoutouvas made his professional debut in the NFL in 1938 with the Pittsburgh Pirates. He played for the Pittsburgh Pirates for his entire 1 year career.
