Lou Saban (Louis Henry Saban) was born on October 13, 1921 in Brookfield, Illinois. After going to high school at La Grange (IL), Saban attended Indiana University. Saban made his professional debut in the AAFC in 1946 with the Cleveland Browns. He played for the Cleveland Browns for his entire 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1948 was Lou Saban's best year, as he picked off 5 passes.
