Lou Partlow (Louis Jerald Partlow) was born on October 9, 1892 in Miamisburg, Ohio. After going to high school at Miamisburg (OH), Partlow attended none. Partlow made his professional debut in the APFA in 1920 with the Dayton Triangles. He played in the APFA for 2 years, playing for the Dayton Triangles the entire time. Partlow also played in the NFL for 7 years, playing for the Dayton Triangles the entire time.
