Lou Benfatti (Lewis Vincent Benfatti) was born on March 9, 1971 in Green Pond, New Jersey. After going to high school at Morris Knolls (Danville, NJ), Benfatti attended Pennsylvania State University. Benfatti made his professional debut in the NFL in 1994 with the New York Jets. He played for the New York Jets for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1995 was Lou Benfatti's best year.
