This is a program called Soccer Saturday in the UK on Sky Sports. Jeff Stelling is host, and then several members vary throughout the telecast. Some have monitors to watch games Sky can't cover (broadcast live due to contractual agreements), others like Chris Kamara go to the stadium to report from the box level.
The fun thing about this show is that all of these hosts seem to have fun, it's never robotic! Here are some funnies (it IS a live telecast).
