I think Madden would have it: Favre, Favre, Favre, Favre, and Favre. Although you could probably switch around 4 and 5 on that list.

I would argue that Peete is the best quarterback in Philadelphia history.

I remember one year for Christmas my evil step-mother gave me a Bubby Brister signed plastic shitty football. She worked at a smaller airport he used frequesntly and obviously she knew nothing about sports but heard he was an Eagle (even though I was NOT an Eagles fan). I was like "Bubby Brister? Are you facking kidding me?" and I either gave it to some poor neighborhood kid or just threw it away, I forget...

Favre, Kelly, Elway, Marino, Young...even though Aikman won three rings, his stats are nowhere near the other five...a 165:141 TD:INT ratio? Blah.

I don't know if you can really qualify Manning as a '90s quarterback... and how much of the '90s did Montana play?

I guess I interpreted the question differently. Now I see that you mean the top performers during the decade of the 90s. I was looking at it as the best players at the position who happened to play in the 90s, regardless of whether their best years were in the 90s.
