Quiz Game Concerns

I've come across several questions in which the posted answer is incorrect, or incomplete. Is there a way to remove the points from those who answer "incorrectly" and give them to those that answer correctly, even though the system says they were wrong? And how about subtracting, say 100 points, from the user submitting the wrong answer?

For example the question about who moved first, the Brooklyn Dodgers or the NY Giants. The first time, I guessed the Giants and was told I was wrong, it was the Dodgers. Someone else submitted the same question with the addition of the option that they both left at the same time. This time I answered the Dodgers and was told I was wrong, that they both left at the same time.
Don't really care about the points, but it is disappointing that there is no fact checking or any checks and balances in place.
There is no recourse, because the clicking timer for the next question does not allow you to go back and have a discussion with the author of the previous question.
The quiz game is fun, but there are definitely some issues.
