QA's High School Football (MD)

Just something interesting I would like to share with the AGM community...

My High School's (Queen Anne's County HS) football team, is ranked at number 10 in ESPN.com's Top 10 Maryland 2A teams (current record is 7-0). I also thought it was pretty cool that our top two running backs, Dyrell Wilson (senior), and Matt Fitzgerald (junior) were mentioned in their top performances of week 7 section.

Don't think too many of you care, but I just thought I would share that information.

Yes, unfortunately you are correct. Funny thing is that our RB/FB (or whatever he is playing nowadays), Matt Fitzgerald, went to Dematha for a few months in his freshman year. He was recruited there, but broke his foot almost right away during practice. Soooo, he decided to come back to QA. That certainly benefited us...ALOT!

Ha talk about a lucky break for you guys. There's some good teams up in the MD area. Too bad, none of the area coaches can keep that talent in the area
