In Seattle tonight, Seattle Mariners rookie righthander Brandon Morrow has no-hit the New York Yankees through seven innings. Allowing just fourth and fifth inning walks to Derek Jeter and Hideki Matsui, respectively, Morrow has struck out seven while throwing just 89 pitches.

Morrow, the Mariners top pitching prospect, is a hard thrower, with a fastball which reaches 98 mph, with a hard, biting 86-88 slider.

Leading off the Yankees eighth inning is Xavier Nady.

On a 1-2 curve, Wilson Betemit doubles to right, driving in Matsui. Now I need a two run jack by Damon to tie the score.
