Leaving the 02520

The Falcon is leaving his district... temporarily. I will be coming to AGM live on location in Fla-or-ida!!! That's right, headed to Spring Training for the first time ever. High School baseball always kept me away because it starts the same time. Since I lack the talent (not the heart) to play college level ball (because of a story for a later date), Spring Training was never a possible destination. Now, with spring break happening next week (for the college I attend), and a simple request off work, I will be making a quick tour and (hopefully providing reports) of four/five games next week. Being my first visit and all... any advice?

And yes... I am done with the lockerroom post for today...

Depends on where you'll be. For convenience purposes, ie, seeing the most teams in the shortest time, I would stay up north on the west coast, around Tampa. There's about 8 teams within an hour of the downtown St. Pete/Tampa area,

Seeing the Braves at Lake Buena Vista for the first day. Driving to St. Petersburg on the next with a stop in Lakeland for the Tigers game. Ending in St. Petersburg with two Rays games. There is a possibilty of an extra game with either the Rays, Astros, Tigers, or Braves...

oh and have a great time! Alsways wanted to go to Arizona and watch the Giants, but I live near San Fran, so I get to see reg season games all the time, but Spring training sounds so much funner because you get to interact more
