I have tried to look over this feud between Manny and Tyrone. Really, I don't care about who started it or what the issue is between you two. I am asking you both to stop this shit. You guys have something to work out, do it via email or the phone, but stop involving the rest of the 'chair.

I am only on here in the evenings, Pacific Time. But, the next negative comment that I see posted by either of you concerning this issue is subject to a benching from the 'chair. By that I mean that I will immediately put a one week ban on you.

Tyrone, you and I have had issues in the past and we have worked those out over time. I am asking you to let this feud go. Step away and get back to writing and talking sports.

Manny, of all of the friends that I have on this site, I would say that you would probably be one of the few that I would call a friend in person. Let this feud go and get back to sports.

I am telling you both now, DO NOT TRY ME.

As you all know, Tyrone got benched last night. The court of public opinion has sent me messages and for the most part has been positive.

However, Manny has also been pushing the limits of the ultimatum. Due to an email received by DNL, private messages sent to me, and for the good of everyone involved, Manny has been benched as well. His week-long ban started earlier today.

For the good of everyone, I think that this is the best overall way to pause this fighting.

I hope that other admins take note of this problem and deal with it just as harshly, when the bans are lifted. This is not a problem that will just go away.

I say they should settle this thing face to face with an independent party as referee. Have them meet in a neutral city that they both agree on, then lock both of them in a hotel room with provisions until this matter is settled.

I made a statement (albeit sarcastic) that shooting Manny would be a waste of good ammo. He somewhat took exception to it until I explained the situation.

With regard to Tyrone, he should focus on the problem at home. Personally, I don't know either of them but this matter needs to come to an end pronto. It's time to go back to sports and this is probably one of the best websites I've used and I've been here since November of 07.

If the meeting doesn't work, then it should be left up to the webmaster, who would be the final judge in this matter and we would have to honor whatever ruling that person would render.
