Help pages
Hey, I'm putting this up so you have some time to think about it, but next weekend, I'm thinking about putting together some more detailed and advanced help pages for things involving wiki code (i'll explain what I can and cannot help you with below). If you have any ideas or questions, leave them in the comments section. I know that we can all copy-paste from an article we're trying to emulate, but there are cases where you might want a certain part of the coding on the template, and it can be overwhelming if you don't know what you want. For a list of what already exists, go to Help.
There is also Help:Fanboxes and Help:Creating Fanboxes.
[edit] What can and can't I help you figure out?
Can
- Things involving embedding templates, finding a template, creating a certain type of page (brackets, fanboxes, etc.), certain effects you've seen on articles, and the like.
Can't
- Unless you can show me what effects from different pages you're trying to combine, I can't help you create new things (although I'll search wikipedia for you to see if they have anything similar)
