E Rooster Articles
First, I would like to thank those of you that voted and commented on my last article, http://www.armchairgm.com/index.php?title=Tragedy_in_Reno.
As I have been writing these articles, it has occurred to me that I am not so much interested in the votes. Don't get me wrong, I want every article to hit the front page. However, what I really want is advice on making the writing better or just a comment that you think the writing is good as it stands.
In this endeavor, I have contacted those writers here that I enjoy reading. Those of you contacted know who you are. If you were singled out on my pre-vacation locker room post, you are among that list. But also, there are those that I haven't singled out and I respect the articles that you do as well and you have received private messages from me.
For those writers here that I haven't contacted or singled out, I respect your input as well. It is just that I haven't read enough of your articles to have a good feeling of your writing.
I have three more articles planned for this year's Reno Air Races. One on a day at the races (that should be finished soon), a second on the Sport Class Racing, and the third on the Jet Class Racing.
I would hope that all of you would take the time to read the articles and give me whatever input that you can to help better my writing. To me, I feel that I can always improve my writing, but there needs to be a time when I call, "Enough is enough. Give it a rest."
