Country Template Created

I made a template for country flags. If you need to use a country during wikification for some reason, then there is a new template available.

It is in the same vein as wikipedia, i.e. it is called "flagicon". Instead of typing the three letter code after the vertical line though, you need to still type out the country name. If there are spaces, ignore them in the code.

You can see it in action on 2007 World Snooker Championship.
