Chacon suspended indefinitely for altercation with General Manager

Anyone who attacks a guy like Ed Wade has issues. It's attacking a guy that John Clayton could beat up.

And just think, for a moment I was wondering why Shawn Chacon was dropped by another GM in my fantasy league and pondered picking him up even if it were just for bullpen help. Thank God I never seriously considered it.

What is this guy thinking? He should've been appreciative that he was still with the team instead of going to the minors, ya know? But, selfishness took over and wanted to still be a starter. Unbelievable. You pitch well, you earn your spot in the starting rotation, plain and simple. You don't, you deserve to go to the bullpen, if you're lucky. Chacon didn't take the news like a man, he did as a child. Whatever.

Chacon really screwed up. You can't do that, you just can't attack the general manager, it doesn't matter how big of a dick he's acting towards you. Chacon needed to be the bigger man and refrain, but he didn't do that.

If you guys were in Chacon's shoes, you'd be pissed off too. You just can't do that though. You have to think of the repercussions of your actions, show some damn responsibility.

Chacon should have been happy they were going to send him to the bullpen. They could have been sending him to the minors. They were actually doing him a favor but he messed up and he may not play in majors for a long time. I don't know what happened with Ponson in Texas but see he is starting for Yankees today.
