Bonds Looks Great
In Bonds' first at bat of the year, he reached first base on a single. With Ray Durham up, Bonds stole second base with ease. Then, he tried to score from second on an infield-grounder to SS which was thrown wildly to first. Bonds didn't score, but there is no way he even tries to make that attempt if his legs were as bad as last season.
I don't think Bonds will be stealing 40 bases this season, but he sure did look healthy out there, a sharp contrast to how he started last season. If Bonds is at 100% health, how many HRs could he hit?
I'm seeing 35-40 from Bonds this season.
