Big Ben makes Pro Bowl Roster

WOOOOOOOO!!! Ben Roethlisberger is going to his frist career Pro Bowl. Wow, and along side to guys by the name of Tom Brady, and Peyton Manning. How 'bout that!?!?!

Ben had a nice year, but Derek Anderson and David Garrard really got shafted.

AFC's got great quarterback play all around this year. Ben is having an outstanding year, so he deserves it. Anderson is a great story this year, but lest we forget, he had to be behind Charlie Frye on the depth chart for SOME reason. Garrard plays in the city where Popularity and Recognition Go To Die (see Fred Taylor, Maurice Jones-Drew, et al), and he WAS A BACKUP TO BYRON LEFTWICH for a long time. Anderson's and Garrard's reps as backups probably hurt them in the end.

I wouldn't say they got shafted, they are just on the edge. You are always going to have some guys that you can make an argument for. But, Big Ben has or at least did have the #2 passer rating in the league. and he is up there for touchdown passes too. He is having a career year.
