Bengals Blog Sued

Stripe Hype is one of many of Zach and Adam Best's Fan-Sided NFL Blogs. Recently, the Bengals sent papers to Best, threatening them with a lawsuit. Why you ask? Well, it's because the blog violating the Bengals trademark but posting photos of the team, logo, and Welcome to the Jungle theme song. This sounds silly to me.

All copyrighted material, therefore, permission is needed to use them, not only from the Bengals, but from the NFL. It's not silly, it's illegal.

for all the users so firmly in the NFL's camp... I'm curious how far this extends if i use a picture of the nets logo in an AGM article do the users here want the NBA and the Nets to come after and AGM too? Now i don't know exactly how this guy was using the stuff, but i think the bengals could have handled this very differently if you read the entire situation. (or at least the situation from the bloggers standpoint)
