I agree wholeheartedly. Oh and, "breaking up with your girlfriend and marrying her sister" sounds like something Marty Brodeur would do.

Not surprisingly, these kinds of articles are never good enough for me to want to click to read more.

I've gone as far as to post on the author's board that, even if I like their writing, I refuse to read their articles because they refuse to properly respect this website and it's users.

I agree, at least cut-n-paste with a link, it's not that difficult. Pimping a site is not a big deal, just don't MAKE me go there. Give me a choice, and give those people who read the other site a choice to visit the AGM as well. You could increase readership of both sites.

I think it's more like cheating on your g/f with her friend and she knows your cheating but can't prove it cause you give her some every now and then. But your actually spending all your money and time with her friend.

Definitely Kelsdad. This has been going on for a while now, and I'm pretty sure that this won't stop them either. This is an issue that needs to be controlled. 2 sentences in an article, to do what? You're sure as hell not going to gain as many points as you think. It's ridiculous to see all of these articles that I could put up in 2 seconds. I take a look at just about every single article. They way I vote, usually, is if I think you've taken time to write your article and have put a lot of thought in it. Articles aren't just about racking up points, and they aren't just words; it's just like an article in a newspaper. Would you read a crappy 2 sentence article. Of course not. Hell, I'd rip it out and tear it up into shmitherines (sp?) if I could because it's so short.
