ArmchairGM Polls Glitch

I look at the results of on poll (I believe it was the astroturf one), and there were 2 answers. The result was 89% yes, and 10 % no. That's 99%, so there must be an invisible 1% left. Also, is there a way that you can skip certain polls like in the picture games?

I can't even imagine how that error came about. If one is greater than .5 of a %, then it rounds up, meaning the other would round down, so no problem, it ought to add to 100. The only possible problem I saw was that 89.5 would round up to 90, and that 10.5 would round up to 11... Making the sum 101. I can't see how mathematically, a rounding error would make it 99. So that is interesting...
