Are The Pats For Real?

Posted by Sports maniac

On paper, its looking like the New England Patriots are super bowl contenders next year. But is this real or not?

Randy Moss hasn't been up to full potential in a few years, and Stallworth is a #2 reciever. In FF, do you really think the value is in the pats' WRs or Brady?

Its obviously Brady.

WRs usually don't put up as many points as QBs...so you gotta go Brady...with that said...Brady's value as a fantasy QB has certainly shot up with this receiver corp...if you've got him, you could care less who it throws it to (unless you're playing that guy) as long as he gets his stats...

Brady is absolutely a fantasy QB worth taking. I've had him in my league over the past three years, and he's put up better fantasy number than people think. As for WRs, I think Wes Welker is a sleeper. I think Brady loves him already (he compared to a Labrador in mini camp-he just goes, gets the ball, and comes back the huddle panting-Brady seriously said this), and he'll rack up return yards also.

Moss and Welker are the good picks for the pats. Welker can rack up points as a return man. Jones-drew got me 20+ pts./week in the second half mainly through KR points. And of course, Brady's a good pick. His best reciever last year will be his 4th at best this year

Pats won't be brining home the hardware come Feb. Heck, they will likely NOT be playing in Feb to begin with! :)

what makes you say that about a team with 8-5 odds to win the SB, 11-10 odds to win the AFC Championship game, and 1-5 odds to win the AFC East?
