This is actually a good one in my opinion. There aren't really many challenges going around anymore. They've kinda faded away. So, can we make some sort of challenge page, where someone can make a statement, and one who disagrees and is willing to make a challenge to another person can challenge that person.

For example.

I say: Angels will make it to the World Series.

If someone disagrees with me, they can go to my profile, challenge me, and create a challenge. Cool? Guys, what do you think?

I like it. I would have liked to challenge NE fans that Bellicheck was going to be found guilty. If it was easier to do, I am sure I would have done it.
