I am starting a new league for Armchair Users only and it is running throughout the whole season - NFL Week 1 through the conclusion of the Super Bowl.

The 2007-08 ArmchairGM Prediction League
Every Tuesday or Wednesday the Prediction League will assemble on the 'chair to pick 3 football games of the predictor's choice, one Fantasy Football player of their choice and 3 wild card predictions sponsored by the League Commissioner, Dr. Commento
Points will be accumulated as such:
You will assign a value of 1, 2 or 3 to your three football predictions (winner only, no spread) and if you get that prediction correct, you gain the assigned value. If you predict incorrectly, you will lose the assigned value.
The points accumulated by your Fantasy Football player will be as such - Their value in Yahoo! fantasy points divided by ten, so 25 pts in fantasy value would equal 2.5 points in the Prediction league. All players are eligible.
The wild card questions will be provided by Commissioner and may consist of making NBA, MLB, NHL, PGA or other sports' available predictions based upon that week's prominent sports events. Each are assigned a value of 1, 2 or 3 as designated by predictor.
In other words...
You make the predictions of your choice, at the value of your choice for 3 NFL games of your choice, picking winners only, picking ANY player for accumulating fantasy points and predicting three other wild card events correctly.
This will prove who predicts the best!
Do not join if you do not wish to compete for the whole season. I will punish you if you go part way through the season and quit. Only one excuse for quitting -your dead. That's the only one I will accept.
If you suck, you have to continue for the validity of the data we will be collecting.
If you do not want to enter but want to enter predictions for someone (or something) else, that's fine, I can respect that. And yes, my cats and a couple of my fish will be in the league too...
