2008 NFL Iterative Power Rankings, Week 7

Basically the same method as the MLB Iterative Power Rankings, except applied to the NFL (and the only inputs are raw points scored/allowed). Home field advantage is also factored in. Rankings are current through tonight's DEN-NE game.

When the Pats were up huge, I thought back to the SD blowout and the fact that DEN actually beat SD... So I basically decided to see how messed-up the IPR would be for the '08 NFL season, since there have been a lot of really inconsistent results so far (Team A loses to Team B, who gets blown out by Team C, who in turn gets blown out by Team A, etc.). I suppose it confirms that the web is more tangled than I initially thought...
