I heard today Travis Hafner's shoulder injury is career threatening. There's no guarantee surgery will correct the problem. Despite the fact Cleveland has played a tough schedule so far, and despite the fact they have played most of the season without him, his production loss will hurt the Indians over the long haul. It's no longer a matter of "if" Cleveland goes after Jason Bay, it's "when."
