2007 Season?

Lately, I've been going around changing Penn State and Syracuse's football schedules and the Big East's (and respective team football pages) standings to 2007. I noticed some pages are locked and I can't change them from 2006 to 2007. I am wondering if there is something going on behind the scenes that I didn't know about (in which case I will stop right now and do the same to the Big Ten) or should I continue and let a higher up change the team pages to reflect 2007-08?
