Lockerrom:Changing your own password

When I first came to the Chair, I changed my password, hoping that I could create my own, but instead I got a random password (you'd didn't think I tell you did you?). Will there be a chance that the next time this site gets a makeover, you have the option of making your own password instead of some random Armchair one?
