Lindy Lauro (Lindaro L. Lauro) was born on June 3, 1924 in New Castle, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at New Castle (PA), Lauro attended the University of Pittsburgh. Lauro made his professional debut in the NFL in 1951 with the Chicago Cardinals. He played for the Chicago Cardinals for his entire 1 year career.
