Ligarius Jennings (Ligarius Terez Jennings) was born on November 3, 1977 in Birmingham, Alabama. After going to high school at Wenonah (Birmingham, AL), Jennings attended Tennessee State University. Jennings made his professional debut in the NFL in 2001 with the Cincinnati Bengals. He played for the Cincinnati Bengals for his entire 2 year career.
