Leslie Travis (Leslie Melville Travis) was born on June 20, 1892 in Ossining, New York. Travis attended Syracuse University. Travis made his professional debut in the APFA in 1921 with the Syracuse Pros. He played for the Syracuse Pros for his entire 1 year career.
