Les Olsson (Carl Lester Olsson) was born on August 18, 1909 in Akron, Ohio. After going to high school at Central (Akron, OH), Olsson attended Mercer University. Olsson made his professional debut in the NFL in 1934 with the Boston Redskins. He played for the Boston Redskins and Washington Redskins over the course of his 5 year career.
