Les Mueller

Born on March 4, 1919 in Belleville, Illinois, Les Mueller (Leslie Clyde Mueller) played for the Detroit Tigers for his entire 2 year career. Mueller broke into the bigs on August 15, 1941 with the Detroit Tigers, and put up a 3.68 ERA in 134.2 innings pitched in 1945, his rookie year.
