Les Asplundh (Lester Asplundh) was born on May 3, 1901 in Bryn Athyn, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Bryn Athyn Academy (Bryn Athyn, PA), Asplundh attended Swarthmore College. Asplundh made his professional debut in the NFL in 1925 with the Buffalo Bisons. He played in the NFL for 1 year, playing for the Buffalo Bisons the entire time. Asplundh also played in the AFLG for 1 year, playing for the Philadelphia Quakers the entire time.
